I have to say Branzone does deliver! It's stated in their website that they (Branzone) knows what it takes to create the most stable environment that will take your team (Community in our case) to the top. I'm telling you right now that hosting a PGN server will almost always eat all the resources available in the dedicated server it's being hosted in.

By typing 'stats' in RCON, you can see how much CPU is being used by the server and the server's current fps. Compared to other 32 slot PGN servers who usually use around 50% to 80% of CPU, the one hosted by Branzone only uses around 20% to 50%. Mind you these stats aren't from an idle server, it's from a full server. Another factor is the server fps, many would argue that the higher the fps the better the shot registry is, this is partially true. However what matters most is how 'stable' the server fps is. Branzone gave us the Optimized HL1 package where the server's fps has been boosted to approximately 512 fps. Now, compared to other 32 slot PGN servers who sometimes tend to drop fps' far below the 100 fps mark - drops in the server's fps would mean lag spikes and that will usually disrupt your gameplay since everyone in your screen would suddenly start skipping all over the place, the one hosted by Branzone has never gone below 100 fps and thus server has never had a lag spike that was caused by a sudden drop in the server fps. Only idle and empty servers stay at their advertised fps, or if it has very few players playing in it. And for a 32/32 public server to constantly hover within the 300 fps and 500 fps range, all I can say is...you guys did a good job managing and optimizing your dedicated servers!

Another great thing about Branzone is their control panels, you are provided with a main control panel where you can check your account status, invoices, and other stuff. Within that control panel is a couple of tabs depending on what kind of service you requested from Branzone. You will see Branzone's attention to detail as they have done a great job integrating these control panels to their website. You will never have the feeling that you're leaving the Branzone website when being redirected to their control panel. If you've used other companies' game control panels...you know what I mean. Most of them don't even bother to change the logos or even colours of these said game control panels.

And last but not the least, I thank you personally Mr. Miller for helping the PGN community expand by providing us with the necessary services to help keep us from being one of the best gaming communities in the USA*.

Branzone... where to begin. Branzone has been around a long time, now I've rented from these guys a couple times and I've got nothing but good quality servers. I'm not going to lie and say that all there servers are amazing, because I have played on some down right bad Branzone servers. Now whether or not you get a good or bad server from these guys all depends on what server upgrades you get on the server, just like any other GSP you may rent from. I rented a 512FPS, 100TICK, HIGH CPU with a 32 Slot Relay, this package can also be called the "HL1/HL2 12 Player Priv" server package that is listed in their monthly specials on the top left corner of their websites home page FYI: it's not really a monthly special seeing how it's been there for the past, god knows how long... where was I? Oh yes, I rented the 12 Players Private package and it was absolutely magnificent, the pings were great, the reg was spot on and I was very please over all. The Branzone support is there all the time responding to any and all questions you may have via a support ticket. However Branzone, in the past couple months due to some upgrades to their servers and networks increased the prices which made George very frustrated (<--Seinfeld). But in the end I think Branzone is a very good GSP and I strongly recommend them to anyone.

Everything about it was grate, the prices for the servers, the servers. Just about everything was awesome about them. The server wasn't the top of the line but it had very, very, very, good bullet registration for Counter-Strike Source. Pings were always considerably low. I had a West server and I live in So Cal, my ping was in between 12-5 and ms 10-20. All and all good place for servers, the only thing about it that bothered me sort of was that if you weren't west or cent your bullet registration would be VERY low, lower then most other servers.
