I have a server with dch and it sucks. the registration is horrible, constant lag spikes, support is slow as balls. you get what you pay for, you pay cheap, so expect cheap. game servers servers perform better than dch servers, so that tells you something. I advise to stay away from this gsp, it is not worth it. Jesse (the owner) is a nice guy, but has bad service.

I paid for a 40 slot vent over an two hours ago and have yet to
receive any response from DCH. I received an email from PayPal, but nothing from this company. I have called their number numerous times but of course received no answer. Just a machine. I tried the live chat several times and of course no operator responded. I emailed them to let them know that I expect to have a full refund by the end of the week. I thought I was doing business with a company not a one man
operation who sets their own hours and pretends to be a company. I
received nothing with my user name/password or an option to make my own. And their web page has several links missing.

I have been using DCHServer.com now for three days and still having problems.
I gave them the chance to get things right.

The BAD:
-They have 4 people on support. Jesse (Owner), Patrick, Chris & Mike.
-Mike: Never see on.
-Jesse: Willing to help the best he can because business is business.
-Patrick: Full of promises that never become any more than words.
-Chris: Only guy working with the GarrysMod side.
-The support tickets dont get updated for simple problems until I go into live support and hassle them about it.
- No steam support.
- Requested fixes are promised to get done by talking via Live Chat: "I am looking at the ticket and am working on your problem now". Two days later: Ticket is not updated and everything is exactly the same.

The Good:
-The live support is up almost all day.
-WHEN they finally view your ticket, they are willing to do what ever they can to help.

You get what you pay for. So yes, they offer $1/per slot for a CS:S Server as advertised as 512fps 100tick. When I purchased a Dallas, they gave me a Chicago. Few Days later it finally gets correctly located. The server runs at 66 tick, days later problem solved, back to 100. What next, yep, it was running at 256fps, and not the ordered 512fps. DCH to my knowledge has no support Ventrilo or Teamspeak, no #IRC Channel, and no direct Livezilla for immediate help. Everything is discussed strictly though email even if it takes days on end. To discuss the quality of the server, in simple, you get what you pay for. At these prices, I'm sure these game servers are over ran with 30+ Gameservers per box. In all, don't let that price reel you in, find a company that you can speak directly to and I'm sure you'll find alot better server than DCHservers.
