control panel.. eh... they use swift panel.. i rather prefer TCadmin any day than swift panel.

ventrilo servers - they are a reseller .

contact - no phone support .. that is a plus for gaming servers companies.
no vent or teamspeak.. only message or live chat. most of the time live chat isn't even there.

so good luck for the people who are need in installing maps or mods. support isn't going to be reliable.

Ventrilo prices are also way off the chart.. they charge like they actually own their own license for ventrilo ... but they are only a reseller.

the game server registation turn out bad as well .. i guess they didn't promise 2 servers per core.. because no one ever promises that..

This server has excellent reg, never goes down, and the offer of 2000 fps for 50$ is excellent!

I am on their Chicago server and am 100% satisfied.

Only problem i see with this server is that the control panel is a little wierd, but support is around constantly in their IRC channel!

I'm very satisfied with my 1000 fps private server on counter-strike. Servers are so cheaper than other server providers, and has higher performance than others. My server reg is hella good, never lags, hasn't been down(ever), and support is very reliable and fast. I recommend this server provider, who is looking for cheap high performance server.

The pricing is very competitive and the quality and service you get for the price is most definitely worth it.

I was extremely surprised and amazed at the customer service provided and the instant response i had recieved from all eoreality staff on irc. the servers they have been top notch for each penny. i was speechless at the registration i had recieved, at that moment i knew this server company provider was for me.

Server clocks in @ a true 2000 fps, something not every server company can deliver as advertised. Good relative pings to each location, as well as shot registry. Can't feel the difference of playing west to central as much as I can on the majority of other servers. My team gets great service and reliability out of this company.

To be honest, this truly is a top of the line server. The LA server that I play on is the one of the top servers I have played on. The price just makes the quality of the server that much better. Support is at your service whenever needed. The control panel is easy to use and I cannot wait until I get one of their fresh websites.

The problem is simple. NO SUPPORT! I tried for 5 days, 5, to get an answer about my servers performance. I finally heard back and the answer was there is nothing we can do about it. I regret overpaying for the server, but I was promised quality.

Oh yeah, I became good friends with a staff member, ************, when he came clean he told me they have up to 15 servers on one box.. 15!
