Decent server performance, on our 1000 FPS server, while it was actually up and available. Our Public server constantly had issues and it was difficult to get support other than emails back and forth. Live support was never available unless you checked MSN, IRC, live chat, and hope for the best. Not a terrible company, but not what I was expecting, they do have a 50% off coupon for the first month so you can try it out.

My Server Ping was NOT STABLE AT ALL .

Customer Support took 3 Days for a reply. IRC was ignored. Ventrilio Was never answered.

Billing System Got charged Twice for same month.


The pricing is AWFUL! You get shit for $100

My team has a 12 slot, 1000 FPS, 100 tick, server through FPSGS and have been very pleased. We have only dealt with the owner, Chris, and he has been very informative and has been able to help with any issues or question we had. We had a small issue and was reported to him and fixed immediately. The prices are great, the quality is great, and the customer service has been great. I would highly recommend FPGS for a gameserver and/or Voice [Vent = $0.25/slot!].

Server Quality : Lagging non stop

Support : Took 2 weeks for a reply on ticket , Never on Live Support, You get banned from Mirc if you tell them something is wrong with server.

Features : control panel sucked. I didn't have control of my own server.. I had a totally different game and couldn't control my own for 2 weeks.

Pricing ; You get for what you paid for . Absolutely Terrible , 50% off for a piece of crap server,

Server quality was terrible. That's all I need to say. Absolute garbage.

Customer Support was the most incredible failure FPSGS had to offer. They never responded to the support tickets, never e-mailed us, always was moving their servers and telling us DAYS afterwords, and on top of everything; during their most recent move, they intentionally reset our username and password simply to screw with us. And once we told one of their support about it, they responded to us "Make a support ticket". Now I don't know about anyone else, but when I pay for something I intend to be able to edit its features and use it to its full potential.

Features were confusing, and they always redirected us to a new site where we had to log in unnecessarily.

Pricing , as stated in a previous review, is just an eye catcher. Truth be told, you get what you pay for. Pay little and get junk.

FPSGS is a really great company out there. Their standard servers are $1 a slot yet they are right up there next to some of the more expensive companies when it comes to quality. There is virtually no lag and the reg is amazing even without a restart for a couple of weeks. Overall, I am very happy with this company and will stay with them for a long time.

The support is horrid and they never help you with you want you want to do, they give you tutorials and basically say GL, they remind me of GameServers.com as far as support goes.

This server at the beginning it was having an ok reg not that impressive. After 1 month of use, the server was having delay and the reg was terrible. Even people from Texas complaint really bad about the reg and delay.

Not even people with good ping were hitting. There are other options if you need a server.

The guy who runs this company is an asshole your better off going with another game server provider he just wants your money. The pricing is expensive and not worth the money at all your better off with a nextgen with this type of pricing.
