Just ordered a server, didn't get any problem. Support is fine

To be completely honest this company sucks. I ordered a server after telling me they were switching resellers. Server worked fine for a week then I couldn't log into the control panel. I went into their ventrilo server to as about it and Kyle said 'fuck it' and went to help another client. I waited another week and Kyle told me I sent the money to the wrong person when I proved him that I sent the money via a paypal screenshot, when I did that he refused to refund me or give me a server. Overall bad company to work with.

Great pings, fast setup, 99% uptime, Live support is on 24/7! from IRC to their support ventrilo. Control panel not many features but very easy which everyone wants, unlike others with alot of useless stuff around,cheapest prices i have seen around, and they lower the price if you find someone cheaper... great company overall i can see them somewhere in the future.
