The server we had with Full Throttle would never be at a stable 500FPS, the tick would sometimes drop down below 100 for long amounts of time, no matter how many times we told support. The server would sometimes freeze to the point where we had to restart it when people would throw smokes at the beginning of the rounds. You really get what you pay for, you pay $20, you'll get a $20 quality server.

Customer support was great from Dan on the ticket system, but on IRC Nate had the nerve to accuse us of putting corrupted files on the server even though the only files we uploaded were directly off of the CAL and CEVO websites - turns out that when they reinstalled our box the problem kept happening and they discovered they had a bad memory stick.

The Cpanel and were billing system were normal and fine. The pricing is exactly what you get in terms of quality. There's no lie or bias here, but when you pay $20 for a server, expect to get a mediocre quality server.

Ive had a Full Throttle server for about 3 months now. Its been great with no problems or downtime. My team is mainly from North Carolina and Virginia and we have a Chicago server (for leagues) that run at 1000FPS. We have a great ping and we always get compliments on how well our server runs during matches.

I havnt had to deal with customer support except to ask them to load HLTV for us which was done within an hour.

Control/Billing: no problems

Pricing: They arent the cheapest but i guess they are mid range. We were used to paying 70$ per month for a 1000FPS that was good most of the time but would have random high pings/down time so we started looking around. Went to one of those 25$ per month 1000FPS server companies and it was horrible...I saw an ad for full throttle on yahoo and decided to give them a try. Well 3 months in we are extremely happy for the value/performance that we have received. $40 for a good performing low ping 1000FPS server is great for us.

On another side note - the fact they have team pay helps - My team doesnt have to send me money anymore - now they can just click on my team pay link and pay directly into the teams account - it makes things easier on me.

We have a dallas cs server from full throttle we have had it for about a month now. We had the 512FPS but when they came out with 1000 we upgraded to that and its been worth it. we pay 35$ and its always steady at 1000. we have people compliment us on our server when we play matches. the control panel is the standard tcadmin which is easy to use. i like that they offered us a free hltv. Havnt had to really deal with customer service as i havnt had anything go wrong. Only thing we had to do was request to be upgraded to 1000fps and that was handled very fast.

Had server for about 2 months now and just stumbled on this site and didn't see them listed and wanted to show support.

I have a public 20 slot 100 tick 250 FPS and a 12 slot private 100 Tick 500 FPS.

Quality: The tickrate and fps on both servers are extremely stable - I've really never thought a 500 FPS could be as smooth as 1000FPS but they proved me wrong. Ive had many other big (and small) name GSPs and sometimes they would be good and some times bad.

Customer Support: They have great customer support. They are on irc, vent aim, email and ticket system. The reason i gave them a 9 is because they dont respond instantly in irc... but they told me to use aim/email/ticket for faster results and they were right.

Features: control panel allows me to do anything i want or need to do..

Pricing: Unbeatable! ive never had such a low priced server that actually performed. I was very wary of them because of such the low price but i gave it a shot and have been very satisfied since

Just a side note - They were having a problem with a box where i have my servers. They notified me of the problem before i even noticed and had the issue corrected within a few hours.

FT has been a good provider for our team for the last month and hopefully many months to come. We have a 1000FPS server from them in texas and its been great. Its ping is great for all of us, the FPS is stable and it hasn't went down at all since we had it.

We have had no problems or reasons to use customer service so I cant tell you how that is. I know our server was setup instantly as soon as we ordered so that was great.

The features are good. I like that in the control panel they had zblock and all cal cfgs with one click install. Made my job a lot easier to getting the server ready for matches.

Pricing is great. We've been around for 4 years and have went through many service providers from huge names to the smaller ones. FT was able to find a happy middle - good price with good service.

Overall very pleased and do recommend to anyone looking for a server.
